The bolt that holds the tensioner. Got nervous, sent it to English Auto in Odenton, MD. I do not want to mess up the threading, they got it instantly. It is a very good shop in this area. I figure it is wise to have them take a look as I have not had this rover for long.

I realize that many on here do their own work, but English Auto is awesome. 975.00 for replacement of the pulleys and tensioner and working out the bolt, a coolant flush, oil change, pulling off the brush bar that is a piece of crap, and blowing out the drains in the sunroof. If you are in the DC Metro Area, I highly recommend them. Fair price for serious work.

It's very hard to tell what conversion kit this is especially based on the aluminum spring adaptors.
That style is not unique to ToddCo, and almost every vendor offers the same with their kits (or separately).
For example

springs
just what I have found in the past clean the coils good, if they are arrnott you will know it ,they with come heavy, heavy, power coated and will have they name somewhere.
If they have paint stripes on the they are factory coils easy to trace, no marking Good Luck.
