Here is the person that can help you. His handle on RangRover.net forum is DFNDTHIS

He can unlock the BeCM and put the odometer in the BeCM to 00000. Then when you plug it into the instrument cluster the milage from it will synch to the BeCM. When I had my BeCM unlocked this is what they did.
