EDIT : Issue resolved, several fuses are linked to the brake

I have an issue on my 06 RRS SC. Kind of my fault I think but I need help now to find where to look at.

I have the no brake light issue with the transmission fault message, lowered suspension, HDC fail... At first I thought about the brake light switch, replaced it today with no luck.
Then I checked the fuses which appear to be good.

The part which might be my fault is that I was tinkering with my trailer, 13pin OE wiring with the fuse box in the spare wheel compartment. In this fuse box the first fuse was blown, I thought it was accessory power (which I use to charge a 12V battery), so I replaced it with a higher amp one (completly stupid I know...). I then realised it was trailer brake lamp fuse, and I am almost certain that my issue started from here.

Now I have the brake light issue and no idea where to look
