Default 2007 Range Rover Supercharged - Issues with Blower

Ok so heres the backstory. About 2 months ago I noticed that my heat wouldn't turn on, however once on the highway if I had the heat on and the dial turned on, I got some heat but not under pressure. Thought it might be the blower but the blower works fine for AC so now I'm thinking it's the resistor. 2 days ago I noticed that the blower now works for everything however it's at full force and cant be adjusted and when I turn everything off, the blowers that are towards the windshield are on at full blast. When I turn the car off they remain on but drop in pressure.

So until I can get it in the shop, my main worry is that the blower that's remaining on when the car is completely off might run my battery dead. My battery was dead this morning but I think that's because whoever went thru my car left the door ajar and the interior lights killed it, but I can't be sure. What I'd really love is a fuse map so that I can find the blower fuse and just pull it when I dont need it so I can kill power to it completely but I'm not having any luck finding one.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Blower Regulator is shorted. You don't have a resistor, but instead a PWM controlled Transistor inside a Blower Regulator. You will either need to unplug the blower or battery when the car is off to keep it from running and draining the battery. Same part that is used in the BMW, which the Bimmer guys call it a "hedgehog" (due to its cooling fins).

Oh yeah, the fuse should be #64 behind the glove box. Its a huge 40A fuse. You could just pull that instead.

I havent tested this out yet but I'm pretty confident it's the blower that ran the battery dead. It's dead this morning. I'm gonna try to pull that fuse once I get it jumped and check back in.

Dude you are a ****in lifesaver. So far so good on pulling the fuse. Do you happen to have the complete fuse map by any chance?

Better yet, create a free account on Land Rover Topix and you can view your owner's manual online (if you don't have one).
Fuses start on 251, under heading "Roadside emergency"
