Exclamation Air suspension will drive you MAD....

Hey folks--first post but a long time reader. Looking over the thread titles is like an abused parents convention of L320 owners because I have or have had almost EVERYTHING listed ss you glance over it. Mine gives new meaning to "ride or die"--But heres a good one and I'm out of options, time, and money and if I cant sort it, I'm going to have to dump the car which I dont want to do. 06 RRS L320 bought from my buddy in Jan and I have already put more into it than its worth as it sat for a year in upstate NY which is bad for the beast. Nothing works right, but over time ive brought it back (4 inspection attempts later) quite a bit except for the suspension. I've replaced 2 sensors, then the module, now the compressor and it's all different versions of bad, all end up in red suspension light zone 100 miles form home driving 45 on a bouncy seat. Heres where I'm at: Suspension will lift and lower in Park but orange warning light goes on almost immediately --height sensors are all over the place on the 4x4 screen--one time is both rear tires, then one, then the other, messages vary form extended mode to obstruction in road, to reset suspension, unclear if any part of that is accurate at all. when I raise the suspension before I start driving, (pics added below of the process) the sensors even out, warning light gone, but when I start driving it could be 11 seconds, 3 minutes, or 10 minutes, or even acceleration above 30 mph and it starts beeping fault, then goes to red and beeps every 10 seconds, lowers and im in the bouncy seat. Even at 85 mph. If I stop the car, turn it off and on, it will rise , reset to the start of this debacle, rinse and repeat. Ive done what I can do without a lift, proper tools or real skills (had a disco 98 new in 1998, and a RR HSE 04 new in 2004 and this is my third) my mechanic said he wont touch it again and I need to leave it running in the street with a note TAKE ME PLEASE!. The seats wont work, the tailgate wont close, the battery clasp wont stay on and the hood wont close but im not giving up 155k miles later. ANY help or guidance would be appreciated. Called the dealer and he wants $500 just to tell me it could be 5 things which we all know bushings, blah blah. Another Rover guy says dump the air suspension and switch over for $2k when the car is maybe worth 5k now. Thats a non starter. I have 2 of the heigh sensors I haven't used and an empty wallet. Thank you! Ill add photos right after this sends

Have you calibrated the height sensors?

I replaced 2 of them and calibrated but no luck. Maybe I should replace the other 2 and try?

I was about to do the same but I tried calibration (which failed) but seem to have done the trick for me. No more issues. I called the parts place (Land rover specialist) and was about to order the other 2 and he said he had never seen all 4 sensors replaced fix anything and is almost certainly not the issue. That's when I did the calibration like 5 times before it stuck (all failed) but got through to second round and that seem to have fixed it for me.
- Did your calibration succeed?
- Which tool did you use to calibrate?
