Can a fifth TPMS sensor be activated for the spare tire
For a 2009 Range Rover Sport, can a fifth TPMS sensor be activated for the spare, so if the spare is installed, the TPMS system shall learn the new sensor and continue to function.
Or should I install the TPMS sensor in the full size spare and leave it dormant, and then have to have it activated if the spare is installed? The spare has a matching tire to the other four wheels.
I don't think the 2009 reads the pressure in the spare tire when it is stowed.
