CarPlay options for 2010 RRS

Howdy, I am a new ranger rover sport (2010) owner. I would like to add CarPlay to the infotainment system. Has anyone found aftermarket head units? Or am I limited to AUX port? Other solutions out there?

Thanks for the beta. I ended up getting the bluetooth dongle.
