Angry counter balance weights at rear rattle

anybody out there having noise caused by the counter balance weights banging against the frame from bad roads? And if so how to fix the problem?

I thought mine were causing noise but ended up being the rear sway bar to frame bushings.

I climbed under and can move the counter balances by hand and they do hit the frame, but I will have my mechanic check the swaybar Thank you
