Default Differential Lock and 4WD Issues

On my 06 RRS when I first got it it shows on the 4x4 screen that it has the Center diff lock and the rear diff lock. A few months later it stopped showing up for no reason. I went into a deep dive and SDD and my diag tool could not detect a module. The more research I did it looked like it never came with it but I remember it working at one point and even have a picture of it working. I’m genuinely confused now on how to check and see if A what’s wrong with the system and or B if the car gaslit me into thinking it had it or it was confused in software. Or C just put an air locker in and abandon the idea of using the 4X4 screen. I’ve also noticed the screen can no longer differentiate what mode the system is on. Any help is appreciated
This is the before when it worked

Vs now that it does not show up

I would assume you at least tried a hard-reset?

I did try a hard reset multiple times. I did end up finding the issue to be a loose connector on the back of the navigation head unit. On the main harness itself, there are 3 wires separated in the whole harness that are the 4x4 Info wires. Colors Green Yellow and Black. On the harness I had the black wire became loose and i had to push it back into place and it did fix it.

There are not wires for 4x4 info, pre say. They are CAN bus wires I bet. An issue with these can cause other issue on the network too. It is much like a local wired computer network and data is sent along that network. But if the fix worked, then great! But if you ever have odd fault codes and such, you may want to reinspect that connection first.
