Hi guys, I'm owning a land rover range rover sport 2012 year 5.0 Supercharged. Around 84k miles on it. Just in the dealership, we found that all shock absorbers were damaged. Since I did not notice it, the car is just smooth as it should be I think. Comfort is worse than w211 MB e350 ( Maybe it should be like that 20 wheels).
So the dealer is suggesting to change them for 1200$ per pair. Is there any aftermarket branch which you would suggest? Are they the providing same comfort?. Or maybe it will be a better choice to install used OEM shock absorbers?
I just replaced one of the fronts on my Supercharged full size. I got a remanufactured aftermarket. I cannot tell any difference. Oh, it was $155 with free shipping. Takes about an hour to replace per side.
