Question New 2018 RRS V8 - Radio, Nav not working

Good day LR Community,

Im hoping someone here has some insight on whats going on as this is an ongoing issue. Custom built a 2018 Range Rover Sport V8 Supercharged in Corus Grey with the black wheels and it looks absolutely stunning. When everything works, it's truly a great vehicle. The issues I am having are as follows: Radio or "Media" does not work 75% of the time. Turn on the car, bluetooth connects correctly to phone, but no sound. Select the media icon on the top screen and nothing. Tap it again and prompt on the top reads "Radio no available". ( No media will play, radio, XM or bluetooth). Ive shut it down and restarted as well as disconnected all devices and no dice. Today was the first day the Navigation also did not work. All other buttons work. What is interesting is ive also noticed an electric buzzing sound which appears to come from the infotainment console starting about 4 weeks ago which is random but annoying. It sounds like the noise when you would charge the old iphones and at the same time have an aux cord plugged in, you could sort of hear the electric current. Well any help would be nice from the community. Dealership doesn't have any loaners which isn't that big of deal for my family, but i'm noticing a pattern with the dealer never having loaners (3rd time in the shop) which from the looks of others posts is common for the LR community.
