Default Audio shuts off

I have an '07 LR3 HSE. There is a re-occuring intermittent problem regarding anything audio. When I start the car, it appears that the radio is on but there is no sound coming out. The volume **** works and you can dial it up to 40 but no sound. It doesn't matter what the source is satellite, AM/FM, CD. Even the controls on the steering wheel are ineffective.
Dealer has replaced the head unit, LR replaced the bluetooth relays.
The new thing is the NAV system shuts down, screen goes completely dead.
Any ideas?

No rear entertainment. This has gone on for two years. Has been into the shop several times, they have no clue. LR sent out a field tech. He never looked at the car, just spoke to the tech. Not sure totally what they have pulled and replaced.
Filed the complaint with LR complaint dept. they were no help.

does the screen turn black, or does it have the land rover oval? if its turning black, youre looking at either the screen, or power to the system. if its the oval, well, it doesnt help much, that just means the fiber optic bus is down. the weird thing about this is that you can change the volume level, if the bus is down, it wont change as the radio needs to talk to the amp for that. i take it that the dealer hasnt been able to duplicate the concern? do you use bluetooth? how many miles are on the truck? and does the radio act like its changing the input when you select another source during a failure?... also what dealership?

The screen turns black. I can change the volume level, I can change the source. I can't change the stations, the keypad does not work. I do use bluetooth. It kicks the phone that is connected off. The service manager and the head tech have seen the problem and they have no clue what is causing it or how to fix it. Quite frankly the dealer has not been to much help with fixing the problem or dealing with LRNA.
