Question Planned Maintenance for 100,000 KM

Hello,
i am planning to purchase 2011 sport autobiography with around 90K KM on it.
what should i consider and what repairs should i plan for in near future?
the car is in mint condition, one owner, no accident or any other damage.

Really depends on previous maintenance completed. If they have service records that will give more insight.

Realistically at that mileage, fluids and filters would be theost common items along with brakes should be checked and control arms may be nearing the end of their service life

As owner tells me nothing has been repaired, only filters, oils and brakes. is it normal for such millage? is it missing some mandatory service?

I would replace ALL hard plastic cooling tubes/pipes/components. Just a suggestion

Is squicking noise from suspension normal?

And there is clicking sound from somewhere gear shifting block, when i press the brake in parking. When in drive or neutral the clicking dissapears.
