2008 L320 S/C. Folded rear seat (the larger section) down and now it only comes up about half-way and I don't want to force it. Cleared all the debris out of the every nook. The push-button works fine, but it just halts about 50% of the way up and you can tell something will break if you muscle it back into upright.

Also, the bottom portion of the tailgate won't open anymore. The button doesn't engage. I changed the fuse out, no luck. And tried the manual procedure, no luck.

Any experience or tips for these two issues would be greatly appreciated. thanks
