Default Selling RRS with blown head gasket

I am looking for some insight into how much is our RRS worth.
We have a Range Rover Sport HSE 2010 with 197k miles.
It has a blown head gasket. We originally wanted to have it fixed but the Army is sending us overseas and we don't have enough time for all that, unfortunately.
The following was replaced in 8/2021 - Coolant crossover/inlet pipe (the reason for head gasket damage) - Battery - Water pump - spark plugs - oil - MAF sensors - Air filter - Cabin filter
It has Pirelli tires with plenty of life left, the interior is black leather in mint condition. There are no other issues besides the gasket. But since it is a lot of work and money involved fixing it, we can't decide on how much we can actually ask for it.
We have a few people interested already - the average offer is $2500. Do you guys think this is all we can actually get?

There's a lot more than just what you've replaced thus far (unless you left anything out) to be fixed besides the HG. Repair is between $2500-3500 just for that job. Have the TC tensioners been replaced? Air sus? What trans work has been done? Oil pump, water pump? It's a gut call really. I'm guessing the offers being proffered are based on KBB or Edmunds, I did a quick perusal on my 2011 RRS and on straight sale it was between $6900 and $8200 and I've only got 94k and in almost perfect shape. Personally if you can, I'd hold and wait but that's just me.
