Default Failing head gasket?

I have what looks to be oil seeping out (see pic). Is this a sign that my head gasket is gonna go soon? 87K on the truck and I don't think they've ever been replaced.

That would be your valve-cover gasket. You have to replace them which includes replacing the intake plenum gasket since it too has to come off to access them. While you have that off, might as well replace the spark plug wires.

Or try snugging them up 8mm 12 point 1/4 inch drive socket. Do it every oil change.
