Can someone help me. I have a 2011 range rover sport Supercharged. It has 99k miles on it. Getting a oil change this weekend. This noise started a week ago and when it's cold in the morning it takes it a little to start. When you kill engine it keeps sounding until fully stopped and all pulleys stop. It's not the suspension.here is a link to the sound

 

I know this is an old thread but experiencing same problem/noise Did you figure out what it was?

 

Still not 100 percent sure but what I got out of it was I took it in to get the whine fixed and it had started to shake and smoke before I took it. Turned out it was a vacuum issue and a maps sensor issue. That my first receipt. They did some work to it and when I picked it up it was still shaky I left it there and told them Its still not right. Then they found I had a valve cover seal leak. The second ticket fixed that

Later on my gas tank a few months down my check gas tank cap came on and thru a code that did not fix with a new cap and to pass inspect I had this done incase the is info helps down the road.
