Unhappy Wont start, electrical issue

My wife was driving home and while descending a hill the HDC kicked in at about 70-80 mph. She was low on fuel and was about 1 mile away from her exit when this happened. The truck was still running so she pulled over to get out of traffic and turned the truck off. The dash cluster showed HDC Fault System Not Available. She attempted to start it again, the starter engaged for the first 2 times then after that it would not engage anymore. We had road side bring gas thinking that was the issue and she had run the battery down. Attempting to start it again, the starter did not engage and then she saw the DSC warning emblem with the circle arrow flashing. I showed up 3 hours later with a new battery and nothing again. This time I noticed the radio come on then go off and the center (Range Rover) display come on then go back off. I just had the cluster repaired approx 2 weeks ago because it kept blacking out but the truck would still function properly. I Called them and they advised that the cluster would not have caused this issue after the repair.

Current symptoms: DSC Fault light flashing, radio comes on and immediately goes out, RANGE ROVER center display does not come on, starter will not engage, brake lights are functioning, good battery, hazard lights flash when I turn the ignition on, air bags suspension lowered and will not raise, shows HDC Fault System Fault Not available and parking brake fault, cannot go through settings on dash cluster, and dont see any rusting, corrosion or wet spots in or around fuse box area under the dash or floor.

I did have the windshield replaced early fall but again I dont see any corrosion or signs of a leak.

UPDATE: Just replaced the brake switch and the only change so far is the parking brake default is not showing. Why isn't the radio and display working is odd? I can press the "on" button and the radio comes on for a few seconds and the display lights up Range Rover, then they both go back out.

Please engage.

V/r,
Sam

I'm having somewhat the same issue with mine that i posted yesterday. When i press the radio on, it immediately turns back off, along with the touchscreen above it. My current theory is the radio can go bad and interrupts the BUS keeping the other components from talking and keeping the car from starting.

UPDATE: I turned the key to position II to check the fuses. About 10-15 into the process suddenly the radio, center display, and fan blower came on and I was able to start the truck. I let it run for about 10 mins with no issues, the airbag compressors kicked in and the truck lift back to normal height, but still had a few lights on the cluster. I turned the truck off and removed the key. I put the key back in and started the truck with no issues or trouble lights on the cluster. So i turned the truck off and left in my other vehicle for a couple hours, not thinking the worst but expecting it not to start, and there it is, the truck went back into default and wont start.

WTH???
