So, my Range Rover with 120k miles, and one day I noticed a vibration while sitting inside. Opened the hood and saw the crankshaft pulley was wobbling, so I went to LR, and they said the same thing—that you need the harmonic balancer, aka crankshaft pulley, replaced. So I finally replaced it with a new pulley, but the wobble is still there, and the vibrations are also there. I have uploaded the video of it after the replacement was done
