2017 range Rover sport Diesel 3.0 V

Was running perfect then went to start and keeps cranking and will not start.

Got codes
P016D
P0340

I am waiting for a new fuel filter - figured that would be a good place to start.

I cannot locate the Crankshaft Position Sensor. I want to replace this as well to see if this will help. Can someone please help out on the position here?


Any help is greatly appreciated. What can cause this other than what I suggested?

I disconnected the battery and that did not help.
