75 grand in the UK on a new Range Rover Sport Supercharged and I really do NOT like the Meridian stereo. Its not a touch on my Harman Kardon in my previous TDV8 2008 RRS.

The CD player is the only thing that sounds reasonable and will play WAV & MP3 disks individually but refuses to upload MP3 disks to the Virtual changer The Aux, iPod and USB sources suck.

Looks like I'm limited to 10 WAV format CDs only in the Virtual changer and one MP3 CD in the drive.. Feels like Ive gone backwards.

Anyone suggest anything?

 

You still use CD’s?

Why not stream the audio from your phone or store the files on your phone for playback in spotty coverage areas

 

I wish.. Im in Cape Town, Africa. Most expensive data pretty much in the world.

Tried steaming from my S9 via Bluetooth. Its Awful. CD is the only media that sounds remotely tolerable on the Meridian. I work in sound so maybe I'm being over fussy but my point was that the Harmon Kardon is way superior and 12 years older!!

 

I have the Harmon Kardon and find it mediocre at best.

I'm working on aftermarket options to get rid of it

 

Honestly, haven't had a problem with mine. It's just tastes and preferences I guess ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

 

I think I'll have to do the same. Let me know what you opt for!

 

Maybe the new systems are cheapees . I see yours maybe a 2002 Brandon?
