Remote Start not working at all for my 2017 Range Rover Sport. I get a Climate start request function "Request timed out". The doors do not unlock remotely using the app. I get this message "an error occurred, please try again later" The Flash and Beep function works, yet I get an error stating "request timed out" even though it flashes and beeps I am subscribed for the service until 2025 and it worked until a few months ago. The app shows the vehicles current mileage and the locked/unlocked status. I called land rover and they said the Telematic Control Unit (TCU) is running old software version. The software is up to date per the general settings with in the infotainment system which I know doesn't apply to all systems. The land rover representative said something about resetting the Telematic Control Unit (TCU) as a potential fix. Does anyone know how to reset this unit? Any other Ideas on how to get this functionality back? I don't want to go to the dealership.
