Neither key fob will luck or unlock doors. When I step on the brake and push the start button nothing at all happens.

tried to jump the battery but that didn’t work.

not even sure how to tow since cannot put in neutral.

Any suggestions? Has this happened to anyone else? The car worked fine the prior day.

plan to disconnect the battery to see if we can reset the computer system.
