Asking $4000 obo.

I have a 1971 Land Rover, Series 2A Short Wheelbase. It's red in color, has a 4spd manual transmission and 4 cyl engine...both are original although the carbeurator on the engine has been rebuilt. It's 4wd, and will run and drive all day. It is a RIGHT HAND DRIVE vehicle, and is legal to drive in Indiana & Ohio, although you'll have to check your specific state's laws.

There is a little bit of rust in places as to be expected with a 40 year old vehicle, but it's not nearly as prevelent as I originally thought. I have detailed pictures of the frame and you're welcome to come inspect yourself. As far as work goes it will need most of the gaskets & seals replaced, as they have worn with age. The turn signals & backup lights do not work, nor does the speedometer. Probably loose cables but I haven't messed with it. It DOES have working headlights, console, and hazards. The brakes work but feel spongy, although this will probably be fixed with a new master cylinder seal.

Asking $4k obo, would like to get it out of here as I already have another rover. Could arrange to meet halfway if purchased outside of Indy.
