Just wanted to update this. Got the bubble in the coolant out. Within a few minutes, no more white smoke out the exhaust, nor any more smoke off the cats! Temps in the 180s and holding steady.
Biggest thing left is the brake bleed, but going through a house move and will need to tackle that afterwards.

Okay, need this one gone. Moving out of state and don't have time to fool with it. Parked at my ex's house, and the bleed screws are swollen shut.
Bring a trailer and pull it out. $1500 Cash.
