Default 99-02 engine for salen.

I have an engine with 70,242 on it. Heres the conditioon. It ran great and had a loud tap. pulled the engine, realised the dealership had to ahve dropped something into #2 intake tube. there is a valve bent, but the piston wall is fin and has no damage. the valve just needs relapped and replaced. Also, on the timing cover where the oil line goes in, the threaded portion is broken. Other than that the engine is in good shape and comes with the accessory brackets and the tensioner minus the pulley. flywheel and flex plate were never removed. this engine is not a drop in, some parts will need to be transplanted from your old engine, however this would be a good choice if you are mechanicaly incline, on a budget or having a shop perform the repair. I can promise the engine will run great, however you will need a couple of gaskets, a valve, and timing cover. I will provide any technical assistance if you need. timing cover is a piece of cake to pull, as you don't need a puller to remove the harmonic balancer(crank pulley) I am asking $650 plus shipping. anyone interested or needing questions answered can e-mail me at elrocha69@yahoo.com I will then provide you with my phone nunber if you would like to talk. Thank you for your time.
