D1 Rear Differential output flange

D1/D2 Rear Differential output flange- Rotoflex delete

I have 2 of these from a 98' D1. I have heard(never done it myself) that these can be replaced on D1 and D2 rear diffs to eliminate the rear Rotoflex on the driveshaft. Please confirm this before buying.

$35 a piece shipped to mainland US.

Just did this to my d2, works like a charm. Even used the driveshaft that it was attached to
