Fits with factory bumper and brush guard. Fits warn winches and possibly others. Has built in receiver hitch. Came off an 00, should fit all years 03-04 might require a little trimming. Solid, a little surface rust. The top lip is tweaked a little as you can see in the pictures, you could fix it neatly with a press or fix it ugly with a hammer. Comes with factory bolts. $220 shipped.
