HP-24 came in later 03-04 4.6 D2.

I'm a newbee and don't know anyone. I have a 2001 SE7 with a bad motor and a 2002 SE with a bad transmission. I would like to get them both back on the road. Looking for the best way to do it for a somewhat reasonable cost.
