Diff shifter and linkages

Hey

I need the diff shifter and linkages, most importantly I need the fulcrum stud that screws into the trans housing that fits into the middle of the diff lock engage lever.

Let me know if these are available.

I need to buy that rear step off one if you still have it. Previous owner of my truck backed into something and put a nice hole in it.
