REGULATOR ROLLERS: Discovery 1 & 2
Broken/damaged regulator rollers can be replaced with exact fit rollers. My power window regulator rollers are cast individually and pre-inspected for durability. Two styles available.
SNAP-IN Rollers $16 for a package of (4): Does not require removal of the power window regulator. Simply remove your interior panel, reach up into the door and remove one rail bolt, bend the rail end indents straight, and slide the SNAP-IN roller into the rail and onto the stud. Easy & economical.
SOLID ROLLERS $20 for a package of (4): Requires complete removal of the power window regulator, some light grinding to remove the old stud, and installation. Comes complete with new stud hardware.

New member needs power window rollers
Hi everyone, I just bought a non-running 97 Discovery, after replacing the fuel/sending unit my D1 is running great.
There are a few other problems but it looks like I should be able to fix every thing with the help of LRF tech section and the RAVE download.
This is a great forum but I am having trouble getting ahold of LRD2&ME for the power window rollers, does anyone know where I can get some of the snap-on rollers. I have sent many emails but he and his son don't respond.
