For Sale: 2000 P38 4.6 Runs well, Can't pass emissions in NY State.

Like the title says, I have a 2000 Range Rover P38 4.6 with about 150,000 miles on it that runs well, but I can't get past NY Inspection because of emissions. I wouldn't sell it, but my wife's dad bought her a new car and so this one has to go. Such is marriage. As I said, it runs great. Our last trip was from NYC to Duck, NC and back with no issues at all.
I'm located at the very top of the Bronx in Woodlawn, NY. (Virtually a few blocks from Yonkers, in Westchester county right off of I-87.) and I'm asking for $1,200, mainly because I'm in a hurry to get it out of the driveway. (Yeah, THAT hurt, but c'est la vie.) It's unregistered and uninsured at this moment so bring a flatbed and cash and it's yours.
