Darn! I pulled the trigger on one from BP Utah. $40.

Thanks though. Maybe I will buy a back up...

You're still going to need a light converter to get from the Rover light setup to US trailer lighting.

Light Converter? What is that?

I have a set of tow lights that have the 4 pin, I thought I could just plug and go...

Unless the trailer is wired with the lights like the disco, separate brake, turn and tail lights, you need a converter.
Most US trailers have shared brake and turn.
Taillight Converters
I use the 48925

Thanks Antichrist.

Please clarify, this converter is spliced in where? Do I bypass my 7 pin connector or does this go in between the 7 pin and the 4 pin.

Thank you for your help, I'm lost on this one.

I was looking at it again, maybe the adapter you got has the converter built it. I'd call and ask.
I've never used one, I just cut off the OE plugs and spliced in the US wiring.
This is how I did mine. https://landroverforums.com/forum/di...29/#post179231
It's for a 7-way with trailer brakes, but the principle is the same.
