Yah, for reals! The anticipation is killing me!!

 

Are we really going to have to wait all the way until Christmas?

 

I have to tell you Mark that I am very very pissed off at Mike right now.
There has been zero progress on my bumper, I paid for the steel over a month ago and it has yet to show up.
My bumper and brush guard are laying on the shop floor covered in dust and dirt.
His welder is there working after he gets done with his day job as a welder.
I stopped in last Mon.
I am staying away for 2 weeks, if no progress then I am taking my old bumper and brush guard back and chalking it up to a expensive bad idea.
I am hoping for the best but not holding my breath.
I will let you know.

And as for the Christmas thing, my busy time at work starts in a week, I wont have time to be on here (what most of you have been wishing for) let alone try and motivate someone to build me a bumper.

 

Wow, that sucks. I am sorry to hear that. And here I am basically taunting you while you roll around bumperless.
Tom's general welding here in Hudsonville? I know they have taken on some interesting off road projects this year for some jeep guys that hang out at the truck accessories store on Chicago Drive towards Zeeland.
Either way don't give up. This is still a good idea, you just need someone who also shares the vision and has some passion, or work ethic.

 

The part that really sucks I spent all of my money buying this steel that has yet to arrive, so I cant go somewhere else because I dont have the money.
I am stuck between a rock and a hard place.
I can get my old bumper back, all I have to do is walk into the shop and walk back out with it, but I will still be out the money.
Everytime I go in there and hang out he makes up a excuse.
