Just curious what everyone thinks about the LR2? I have to admit that I like the orange color I've seen it in. Do you think it will have some good new improvements?

 

I think everyone is in the same boat waiting to see what the finnal product is going to perform like. You can add my name on the waitting list to pick one up for my wife when they do come out!

 

Just wanted to let everyone know that I drove the new Stornoway Grey LR2 the other day, and it's absolutely amazing. I wasn't a fan at all of the Freelander, but this blows it away! With all of the new features and easy to use Navigation system, this is by far the best crossover SUV on the market. The handling is phenomenal, the new inline 6 engine is very powerful, and, being 6'3", it's very spacious. Leather/power seats, panoramic sunroof, 6 disc CD, and a great 320 watt Alpine stereo are all standard features, making the $36,000 price tag so appealing. Not to mention that it's a Rover!
