What did you get done this week?.....
Gezzz...
Fuel filler and tank breather hose replaced
Found the broken center muffler bracket that was sqeeking, tie strapped it out of the way for now
Replaced and rearrangned all the fuses
Got the front seats working
Cigarette lighter is now working
Checked the fuel pump sending unit, which seems to be working (just cant find out why my gauge isnt working yet)
Added some missing relays (under the passenger dash, I noticed some missing while checking my fuel pump, the one for the fuel pump was missing....but the pump is working?!?!?!)
Change the transmission, transfer case and differential fluids
Replaced the second row seat belt buckles (cracked housings)
Topped off the oil
Still looking to where that hose goes from the charcoal canister....?!?!??

Ylo. I can't believe the beancounters at LR didn't put a greaseable double cardon front driveshaft, but thought it was cost effective to put two different bulbs for the interior. What a bunch of (The rest of this message has been censored by the management at Landroverforums.com)
Started the build with my D2, new to me.
Changed oil, atf, filters, found and replaced the fuse for the cigar lighter and compass, new headliner installed.
Ordered a new rotoflex, Ups man just delivered my u-joints and centering ball
for the front and rear prop shafts. Guess what I'm building this weekend?
Fixed the heater hoses, they were reversed and no heat coming out, of course changed the coolant, and bled the system. Now we have heat!!
Next week brakes, new pads, rotors.
Then some fun stuff hood black-out?
Should see my 3" TF lift next week and my roof rack the week after that.
What do you guys think about induction cleaning? good. bad. indifferent.

Do it, just add the Seafoam (or whatever) SLOWLY, and be prepared for the possibility of codes.
I got my wheel bearing races installed. I had wired off the hubs and put primer on the non-bearing/non-threaded surfaces. Then I had painted them with VHT -- I regret that and wished I had just used engine/caliper paint. So I had the VHT on there and I needed to cure it in the oven. One cycle at 250, second at 400. When the hubs were in the oven at 400, I put the bearing races in the freezer (-6F). I took the hubs out of the oven and dropped the cold races in. Plink! I was very pleased with that. I'm not making further progress on this because I'm waiting for new bolts on order.
I installed a rear bumper last night, which required trimming the rear quarter panels -- basically cutting everything off below the black side trim piece. I was debating between air-cutoff, electric, nibbler or what, and I grabbed some sheet metal shears and just clipped them off clean. The Aluminum is soft and easy to cut.
On my oil and transmission cooler lines, I cut-off and flared the tubing yesterday with nuts and sleeves installed. I used a Rol Air 507 tool. It worked great. I also installed new o-rings and installed all the tubing on the Land Rover. It's ready for hoses.
Today I'll either build hoses, install the dog guard, or tweak something else. I'm getting tired of down-time, but I have to wait for parts and time to work on it.

Took her offroading all day Saturday. I was amazed at what she could do. Then cursed at her becase she threw a low oil pressure light at me. Washed and parked her until the weekend. Ylodisco, you were right. I feel in love with her all over again.
