Bolt identification

This morning while checking my oil on my 1969 Series 2a and found this bolt and washer sitting on my intake manifold and after searching for quite awhile i cannot figure out where it came from. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Is that the screw for the breather that sits on top of the valve cover?

I had just replaced the copper washer on mine as I noticed it leaking oil from there.
