Default Starter barrel.

Morning Guys,
I've had to take my diesel engine out and replace it with a petrol. But it doesn't want to start. I have tried everything, the only thing left to try is the starter barrel.

Does anyone know if the diesel one also works for petrol engines ? This is the diesel one.

Do you mean the starter isn’t turning over? (Doesn’t start could mean it’s turning but not firing, or not firing enough to run).

Sorry mate, it turns over quick enough but there is nothing at the spark plugs.

I get a good spark at the points when static, but nothing when trying to start engine. Strange.
