Tire mount/balance on Series wheel
Any recommendations in the Chicagoland area, of a shop that actually knows how to mount/balance old hub pattern Series wheels?
I got a Paddock's modular 16x8 steel wheel to try out on my 1972 Series III 88. Got a 265/75R16 tire for it. Brought it to Discount Tire shop for mount/balance, and they proceeded to muck it up. Scraped and gouged the inner side of the hub opening. Apparently the guy working there didn't know how to handle the 5 x 6.5 lug pattern and large hub opening. Obviously I'm not going back to Discount Tire for the other three wheels.
I called my local Land Rover dealer, and the service guy said they probably didn't have the correct adapter either! Where can I go to mount/balance Series tires without damage? Thanks for any suggestions. Dang I might go buy a Harbor Freight tire mount and balancer if I can't find a trustworthy place to handle these wheels.

Ping Imports Unlimited in Highland Park. If they don't, they likely know someone who will. http://imports-unlimited.com/
