Check the metal strip fuse in the fuse box under the hood (can slap a 150amp mega fuse in there for 5.00 from Oreilly's).
You could be metering 13+ at the alternator itself, but it might not be letting the 13+ into the fuse block.
Someone had the same issue with like 3 Alternators in a row on here months ago & in the end it was the 5.00 fuse. I carry trail spares of those fuses as they're kinda unique.

Thanks Best 4x4 and Alex J. Will investigate further.
The part of the symptoms that's driving me nuts is it ONLY happens after it's warmed up and a driven for several miles, as little as twelve and as far as 180. With the last stall and tow, I had Cps code (hence the replacement with a Bosch) and all passenger side cylinder misfires p0302, 304, 306 and 308. I am researching the charcoal canister code ? If that's the correct verbiage I can't remember the number.
Any additional ideas that would cause p0302 - p0308?

It looks just like this, I find em at Oreilly's for 5.00. On 02-04 D2's the stock one was just a strip of silver metal. I have several as trail spares as it's not extremely hard to find, but it is unique and I'd rather be safe than sorry.
It's located in the fuse box behind the battery towards the front.
Since all the mis-fires were on one bank I'd double check the coil pack connection. I had a crazy P0300 & P0306 and in the end the coil pack was intermittently bad (especially once it warmed up). Swapped em both out with some aftermarket ones from Rock Auto & all my faults went away.

small world indeed! I just hung up the phone 10 minutes ago with him. We think, know how that goes, combination of CPS and after market reman alternator. New OE Bosch alternator and CPS. Going to go pick up in a couple days. Only way to verify if it's repaired is to run it down the road and she when and if she stalls. If so, I'm leaning to the MAF unit. Also replacing he big fuse mentioned in this thread by one of the other members. Pain in the *** things sure are fun huh? After the last one I said never again!!
