I got a decent deal on a Devon4x4 discreet winch mount so I jumped on it.

Its got these tabs tabs that fit into the recesses of the bumper support mount points that allows you to drill 2 sideways bolts(per side)through the frame and the tabs I mentioned.

Then it has 4 bolts that go into the normal captive nuts and 4 extra holes that can be drilled(per side) for mounting. Because of positioning I used 6 bolts per side on the stock mount point and the 2 cross bolts per side. Passenger side was impossible to drill through fully (AC drier in the way) on the top and get a nut on the bolt so I drilled into the tabs, tapped it and threaded a bolt in.

winch is Warn VR12S.

Took me a day and a half. Still not completely happy, but I'll do some adjustments.
