Well, I heli coiled an elbow pipe bracket bolthole this morning, and am going to have to do two of the Upper Intake bolt holes. Anyone have a favorite tool or technique for removing a broken bolt? I tried backing it out with a vise grip, but to no avail. I have about a half an inch showing.
Couple hiccups. If you take your ECT out, torque it before installing fuel rail. I put in the Rocker covers before the intake, not sure what I was thinking actually, so I got new Fel-Pro gaskets, and they were really nice, and much easier to install than what I had before. The LR hose clamps for the heater pipe hose did not fit the pipe ends. So have to get some worm gear clamps.
Here is an updated photo.

Got a larger Vise Grip, and a DeWalt Extractor kit. We'll see if I get it to go today. Going to let it soak in WD 40.
I decided to order a Timesert kit to fix the boltholes on top of the lower intake. I am running into bad Helicoils, and while the elbow Pipe comes out rarely, the upper intake has to come off for coilpacks, wires, so the timeserts should be much more reliable. I am having to drill out the old Helicoils, and whoever put them in did not drill out the original holes or tap in the helicoils, so I don't know how they were put in, maybe with just epoxy using the old threads getting jammed in. At any rate, enough of that foolishness.

Tell me about it! Also, I had taken the fuel rail off to get level with the super torque pliers, and lost one of the Injector clips.
I spent an hour or so all over the place looking for the damn thing.
I spun the Power steering pulley and it fell out.
What are the chances it falls to the back of the Power steering pulley.
Then one of my Alternator bracket bolts breaks, and they are no longer available. I may install it short one after removing the bolt and figure that out later.
