They used several different trucks, one was a pre-94, you can tell by the grill and the back of the instrument cluster, its not rounded its kinda squared so it is the "hard dash" like that of a Range Rover Classic.
But the one in Erics picture is post '94, you can tell by the grill...

Good chase scene with disco in Ghost Rider Spirit of Vengence also. Again ends in explosion!
