Some pics of my recent trek
On Friday, I took a drive to see some scenery outside the ski resort town of Red Lodge, MT. Ended up with a few pics to share.

This is the Beartooth Highway, the highest road in Montana. It winds it's way up and through the Beartooth Mountains, eventually reaching over 10,900 feet. Unfortunately, it was still closed.

Some snowed over camping roads. People live out here during the summer, and the road underneath the snow isn't maintained whatsoever.

That's where my drive up the road ended.

Plenty of unmaintained National Forest roads out here.

Thanks!
Yeah it's kinda nice having all of that just 70 miles from my front door!

Great pictures! If you need a convoy partner, let me know when you plan to do this again. I work in Williston, ND but live in Spokane, WA. I drive through Billings every few weeks.
I'd love to get out and explore some of those areas.
Thanks for sharing your trip
