i have a three inch lift on my 92 range rover classic. i am interested in buying some larger tire to go with my lift. i would like to run either a 33/12.50-r16 or a 35/12.50-r16. or a 315/75-r16 wich measuers out to 34.6 inches by 12.2 inches.

thanks for any help. i searched abit on tire sizes but havent been able to make a confident choice yet. an i mainly use the rover for trail use only.

 

you should put this in the RR section - probably get a better response.

 

Probably with a lot of triming and wheel spacers.
Which axles do you have, you'll need HD axles and lockers cause the spiders from a stock diff won't take the stress.

 

i have the stock 24 spline`axles i belive. so that means diffs an axles. that will be a few $.

i think i got talked into a 31.5 inch tire today at the tire center. but first i thought i would ask. can i run a 31 inch tire with out having to do my diffs an axles? i decided any thing over 33 will be a bit excesive for me.

if not i might as well buy the 280/75-r16 inch tires an order the parts you mentiond. wich i wonder if i can budget a t-case into that. time to call toddco. any sugestions? on parts? brands , seller?
