Default Discovery2 2002 R18 Snow tires HELP!

Hello!
Somebody who knows .. i just brought yesterday my first Land Rover...
Today we got some snow this morning Binghamton,NY... My car sliding very easily while i am driving in snowy conditions downhill.. Ooo my god. car doesn't response when i push on brake in snowy road i have used all-season...
I found I Pike RW11
255/55R18XL 109T VSB i have been used this type tires in my Mercedes this tires awesome in snow... but what about in SUV??




Some body HELP can i use this tires in SUV??? What you suggests??? Any other choices???

I've been using Nokian WRG2 putting a lot of miles on them. I'm really happy with mine.

Not sure what your plans are for this truck. That will make a difference. If you plan to keep it stock height and use it on the street, then get some snow tires. If you plan to use it for a little light offroading then I would get a set of Nitto Terra Grapplers. I had a set in the stock size on my 1999 Range Rover and they were a great all-around tire, wore well and worked great in snow and ice. My current truck is lifted and set up more aggressively and runs Goodyear Dura Tracs which are also amazing in the snow.
