I have the stock 255 55 20 size on now and need to get something better for snow, preferably BFG ATs. Anyone try these and know if the 275 rubs when the vehicle is lowered, turning etc.?
Tire calculator comparisons say the 275 will be .9 inches taller and .8 inches wider. Looking in the well well, raised, lowered, turned etc. it looks fairly tight when the vehicle is lowered.
Also, is there a way to change the speedometer error on the vehicle? So my speedo says correct speed with larger tires?
The 275-55-20 without any mods will rub.
For the LR4 if you have to stay with the 20's I suggest 285-50-20 or smaller.
It you can go with 18 inch wheels, then 265-65-18 will fit but it would be better with our 1.5 inch gentlemen lift.
as shown below a 1.5 inch lift with 265-65-18 BFG KO2 tires on a 18 inch Compo wheel.

Nice setup you've done there. I've checked this thread because I am planning to install new winter tires that I saw at 4WheelOnline.I want to know if I need to do some calibration and adjustment to fit tires similar to that size.
