yes; start with a fresh charge battery and check your charging system.
also check and clean all the ground cable while you under there, they are another cause.

Had same problem played with all other issues talked about instead of going back have this so called new Battery tested which turned out to be problem with dead cell. Don't Believe just because your Battery is new it's good.
