Sea Foam

Sea Foam
I'm considering doing the SeaFoam induction cleaning on my 2003 Disco.
I found this detailed information on using Seafoam and hope to get some input on the accuracy andapplicability to the Disco.

RE: Sea Foam
I wouldn't put it in the crankcase. Do an ATF flush. I have used 2/3rds of a can on the induction cleaning, just as described. I haven't used the deep creep on the T-body. I actually use THrottle body cleaner to get that one. Use the seafoam, clean the T-body and then do a flush with ATF.(drain oil, fill with ATF DO NOT DRIVE!! Idle for 20 min, drain and fill with your favorite oil. I would change the oil at 1K after that just to get out any ATF that may have stayed..
