Default Sea Foam Question

I recently figured out that I need to fill my disco with premium gas, I put in a can of sea foam when i changed over. Since I was using regular for a while should I put in another can next time i fill up since there might be alot of carbon build up?? Or would one can be enough for now?

How many miles on the engine, how often do you change your oil?

There is about 92400 (2000 DII) and I change the oil every 5000-6000 (I use the best oil that last for 10000 but i forgot what it was called)

Hey, if you've got the money put a can in every time. It won't hurt your engine. Some people like to put a little in with every tank to keep things clean. Might want to run a can through your intake plenum (search the forum) to help clean out the gunky build-up you likely have.

And change your oil more frequently if you don't want to have a short lived engine.
It is not the oil quality that is the problem, it is the fact that at 3000 miles your engine has so much fuel and hydrocarbons in i that you will just build up sludge and loose oil pressure.
